So am making some basic furniture as my first project. My first peace is a file cabinet it's very rough at the monument but i will fix it up later once i get the issues fixed.
When i load it in the game it is very reflective which i do not known how to fix this.
I also do not known how to split my model into different parts to have different colors E.g Outer, inner.
Any help will be appreciated :)

That is probably the UV-Mapping. Depending on where you put it gets shiny or glowy as seen in this picture. Scale the unwrapped mesh as much down as possible (until it's a dot) for a precise placement.

You can do it in Blender. It's not difficult but complicated enough so that I can't explain it in a few sentences.
